Life is a journey, and I value your openness in allowing me to be part of it while you navigate a challenging time. Whether it is transitioning into parenthood, feeling anxious, struggling with negative body image and disordered eating or "food noise", I want to work collaboratively with you to build confidence and coping skills. I am warm and supportive, and my counseling style combines techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and compassion focused therapy.   Before private practice, I worked as an inpatient and outpatient therapist for a hospital-based eating disorders program and was a behavioral health provider for an obstetrics and gynecological clinic, assisting people with pregnancy and postpartum concerns.

When not working, I enjoy running and making pancakes for my husband and toddler; I am always looking for new recipes.
